The pre season matches begin this week!
The weeks and weks of training undertaken by the players and coaches will all come to fruition over the next two weeks. Tongwynlais squad will take on Malpas RFC on Saturday 20th August and Girlings RFC on August 27th.
Who will come tio the fore this season? With a few departures and some quality additions to the squad in the off season, the new shape squad are eager to put their boots on in true competition.
Want to be part of it? Training is on Wednesday evenings at the pitch at 6.30pm. All welcome, whether present players, former players, new players or people interested in beginning playing.
